Coats for the Homeless

Collections taken December 9 - 30

The youth group as a large group has decided to collect coats for the homeless as our Holiday Christmas project.  Youth will visit adult Sunday School classes over the 3 weeks of the project as well as accept donations of coats and/or cash or checks.  All monies given will be used by the youth to purchase coats at a local retail store. 

We have made an agreement with the Chattanooga Rescue Mission as the donation recipients.  CRM is a private, donor-funded only ministry that provides counseling, clothing, other goods and spiritual ministry to Chattanooga's homeless people.  You can learn more about CRM by visiting their website at www.chattanoogarescuemission.com.
